In 2016, I had to have back surgery as a 27 yr old. My life changed drastically. I could no longer sit as long as I wanted to and couldn’t continue doing all the activities I loved doing. I struggled during my recovery process with my own challenges because I was still traveling for work and was always on the go.

As a former collegiate athlete, I always knew the importance of recovery and was a regular user of my gym’s foam roller. But I wanted something that I could bring with me. I wanted a tool that was versatile enough to get any muscle on my body, but it couldn't break the bank account. I searched far and wide and wasn’t able to find anything that met my needs.

So I built my own and Elite Relief was born. Elite Relief was built out of necessity and now I am ready to share it with you!
